Cruise Alert!

Well, in spite of all my good intentions, I have not found time to keep up with this blog on a daily basis, nor weekly! And now the time approaches for my Caribbean cruise, which leaves Fort Lauderdale on Sunday.  My mother and I are on the Royal Princess.  I cannot wait to leave this wretched Ontario winter behind for a week!  We're supposed to be getting even more snow on top of these extremely cold temperatures just in time for our departure on Saturday.  Caribbean here I come!  I will be posting lots of pics when I return, so you can all enjoy some of the sunshine with me. 

 

This is an artist's rendering of the top deck of Royal Princess at night (click on the picture for a bigger view).  There are light and fountain shows each evening by the pool, and movies under the stars.  We have a balcony cabin this time, which adds another dimension to the cruise.  And of course... lots of good eats!!
